[摘要] 目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析40例二维超声及彩色多普勒超声诊断为PCOS的显像特征。结果:二维声像表现卵巢体积增大,小卵泡数目增多,卵巢髓质增大,回声增强;彩色多普勒显像表现卵巢内呈充血状血流,血流阻力指数呈低阻型。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声对多囊卵巢综合征有较高的诊断价值。

[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the value of transvaginal color doppler in diagnosis of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Methods: Features of 2D-sonogram and color doppler pictures in 40 patients who had been diagnosed as PCOS in clinic were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 2D-sonograms indicated that volume of ovaries became augmentation, the number of small ovarian follicles became increasing and medulla of ovaries enlarged and their echo enhanced ......
