提高药学实习带教质量的实践与思考(1)

     [摘要] 总结近7年来带教药学实习生的经验与体会,通过加强职业道德教育、加强人际交流及医患沟通能力的培养、针对实习生的不同层次体现不同的教学要求、重视药学工作中计算机应用能力的培养等的做法,提高药学实习生带教质量。

    Practice and consideration to improve the teaching quality of pharmacy

    [Abstract] Summing up the teaching experience of pharmacy interns in the past seven years. By strengthening vocational and moral education, strengthening doctor-patient communication skills, requiring different teaching for interns reflect the different levels, emphasizing on pharmacy computer applications ability,to improve the teaching quality.
