高效液相色谱法测定活血止痛胶囊的含量

[摘要] 目的:建立高效液相法测定活血止痛胶囊中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17∶83);检测波长:316 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min。结果:替加氟在0.015～0.960 μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.25%,RSD=0.30%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于活血止痛胶囊中阿魏酸的质量控制。

[Abstract] Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of ferulic acid in Huoxue zhitong Capsules by HPLC. Methods: The Agilent-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column was used.
