护理工作的应对方式及人口学变量对其的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的:了解护理工作中的应对方式状况,并探讨人口学变量对其的影响,为制订相关培训计划提供参考。方法:采用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对230名护士进行问卷调查。结果:护士积极应对维度得分高于常模(P<0.01),而消极应对维度得分低于常模(P<0.01);影响护士积极应对维度的人口学变量主要是行政职务、最高学历和年龄,而影响护士消极应对维度的人口学变量主要是年龄和行政职务。结论:护士应对方式较为满意,但需加强年轻、学历偏低以及无职务护士应对方式的培养,以提高其积极有效的应对能力。
