[摘要] 目的:针对配置错误的原因,提出预防措施,防止药物配置错误,减少药物浪费,保证患者用药安全有效。方法:对 PIVAS发生的86例输液配置错误作回顾性分析,分析护士错误配置的原因。结果:实施措施后,错误率由平均每月10例下降至平均每月7例。结论:加强人员培训,制订针对性措施,降低了差错率。
