人工心脏起搏器植入患者心理健康分析

[摘要] 目的:了解人工心脏起搏器植入患者的心理健康状况。方法:对50例心室感知心室起搏抑制型(VVI)人工心脏起搏器植入患者以及50例健康对照组,应用症状自测量表(SCL-90)进行独立地测评、分析。结果:心脏起搏器植入患者术后比术前心理问题有所改善,尤以恐怖更为明显,但与对照组相比仍存在明显的心理障碍,主要表现为躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、人际敏感(P<0.05)。结论:尽管心脏起搏器治疗具有积极的意义,但所存在的心理问题应引起重视。
