[摘要] 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的发生及发展中的作用。方法:选择2007年10月~2009年2月我院收治的40例PCOS患者及32例单侧卵巢囊肿患者,应用免疫组化SP法检测卵巢组织中VEGF的表达。结果:PCOS组和对照组卵巢颗粒细胞和间质细胞VEGF表达强度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF可以促进卵巢间质血管生成,并参与PCOS的发生及发展。
