[摘要] 目的:观察针药并举治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床疗效。方法:将55例TIA患者随机分为治疗组(29例)和对照组(26例),治疗组采用针灸配合汤药治疗,对照组采用西药治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针灸配合中药治疗短暂性脑缺血发作优于西药疗效。

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and decoction to treatment transient ischemic attack(TIA). Methods: 55 TIA pacients were divided into treatment group(29cases) with acupuncture and chinese medicine and the control group(26cases) with western medicine. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01).
