万拉法新与阿米替林治疗抑郁症对照观察

[摘要] 目的:探讨万拉法新治疗抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法:将102例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,万拉法新组52例,阿米替林组50例,疗程8周,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果:万拉法新与阿米替林的总疗效比较,差异无统计学意义;万拉法新主要不良反应少于阿米替林。结论:万拉法新是一种安全、有效的抗抑郁药。
