石斛多糖提取工艺的研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的:对石斛多糖提取工艺进行优化。方法:比较不同浸提温度、时间和除蛋白方法对多糖得率的影响,优化工艺。结果:石斛多糖最佳提取工艺条件为90℃水浸提3~4 h,料水体积比为1∶50,采用Sevag法脱蛋白,样品-Sevag溶液=1∶1、氯仿-正丁醇=10∶2.5,提取时间为30 min。结论:此方法提取石斛多糖得率高,为理想的提取条件。

    Extraction technology of polysaccharide in Dendrobium

    [Abstract] Objective: To study optimum extracted-conditions of polysaccharide in Denderobiun. Methods: The most yield of polysaccharide was gotten which volume ratio of dendrobium to water, distilling temperaturethe and method of isolating protein were used. Results: The effects was best when volume ratio of dendrobium to water was 1∶50, distilling at 90 ℃ for 3-4 hours, isolating protein by seveg method in the mixture composed of 50% sample and 50% sevag solution, the ratio of chloroform and n-butano was 10∶2 ......
