中西医结合治疗心肌缺血的临床研究(1)

[摘要] 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗心肌缺血的临床疗效。方法:对我院2005年6月～2008年6月收治的心肌缺血患者68例(实验组)行中药配合硝酸甘油治疗,另随机选择68例心肌缺血患者单用硝酸甘油治疗,并对两组进行疗效对比分析。结果:实验组总有效率为95.83%,与对照组(85.29%)比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);住院时间和不良反应与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗缺血性心脏病效果显著,使患者预后大为改善、满意度提高,且副作用少,值得临床推广应用。
