[摘要] 目的:评价膝关节盘状半月板损伤关节镜下手术治疗的临床疗效。方法:采用关节镜微创手术对96例膝关节盘状半月板损伤的患者进行治疗,应用Lysholm膝关节功能评分系统对手术效果及术后关节功能恢复情况进行评定及结果讨论。结果:术前关节功能平均96分(39~72分),随访时关节功能平均91.6分(77~100分)。结论:膝关节盘状半月板损伤关节镜下手术治疗安全有效。

    Clinical effect of arthroscopic surgery on discoid meniscal tear

    [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of arthroscope on discoid meniscal tear. Methods: 96 patients with discoid meniscal tear were operated by arthroscopic surgery. These patients were assessed pre-operationally and post-operationally with the Lysholm score. Results: Lysholm score was 96 in average(range from 39 to 72)before operation,whereas it improved to 91.6 in average(range from 77 to 100)after operation.Conclusion: It is effective and safe to treat discoid meniscus injury by arthroscopic surgery.
