奥施康定治疗晚期癌症患者疼痛的临床疗效分析(1)

[摘要] 目的:探讨奥施康定治疗晚期癌症疼痛的疗效、不良反应及对患者生活质量的改善情况。方法:对我院2007年1月～2009年12月住院治疗的60例晚期癌症患者给予奥施康定口服治疗,分析治疗2周后的镇痛效果、不良反应及生活质量的改善情况。结果:服药2周后中度疼痛患者疼痛的缓解率为100.0%,重度疼痛患者的缓解率为90.9%,总缓解率为93.3%;服药2周后食欲、日常生活、睡眠、精神状态、社交等方面的评分较服药前有明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);最常见的不良反应为便秘,发生率为6.7%,给予对症处理后,症状得到明显改善。本组无一例患者由于不良反应而停药治疗。结论:奥施康定对治疗晚期癌痛有较好的镇痛效果,不良反应发生率低,并且能显著改善患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广。

The clinical analysis of Oxycontin in the treatment of advanced cancer pain

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the efficacy, adverse reactions and the improvement of quality of life of Oxycontin in the treatment of advanced cancer pain. Methods: From January 2007 to December 2009 in our hospital, there were 60 patients with advanced cancer were treated with oral treatment of Oxycontin, the analgesia effect, adverse reactions and the improvement of quality of life of patients were analyzed after two weeks. Results: The pain relief rate of patients with moderate pain after two weeks was 100.0%, the pain relief rate of patients with severe pain was 90.9%, the overall response rate was 93.3%; after two weeks treatment, the score of appetite, daily life, sleep, mental state significantly increased compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the most common adverse events were constipation, the incidence was 6.7%, to give symptomatic treatment, symptoms improved significantly. None of this group due to adverse reactions in patients with treatment discontinuation. Conclusion: Oxycontin in the treatment of advanced cancer pain has good analgesic effect with low incidence of adverse reactions, and can significantly improve patients, quality of life, it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
