东莨菪碱对重症肺感染引起的急性呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨东莨菪碱对重症肺感染引起的急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院近年来收治的150例重症肺感染引起的急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者的临床资料。结果:两组患者治疗前的血氧分压(PaO2),二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)及氧合指数(PaO2/FiO2)比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的血氧分压(PaO2),PaO2/FiO2与治疗前比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);而治疗组治疗后的血氧分压(PaO2),PaO2/FiO2与对照组治疗后比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。对照组患者经过常规治疗,总有效率为52.00%;治疗组患者经过东莨菪碱治疗,总有效率为82.67%;两组患者的临床疗效经统计学分析,有非常显著性差异(χ2=10.80,P<0.01)。结论:东莨菪碱对重症肺感染引起的急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

    The effect influence of Scopolamine on acute respiratory distress syndrome caused by severe lung infection

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of Scopolamine on acute respiratory distress syndrome caused by severe lung infection. Methods: 150 cases of acute respiratory distress syndrome caused by severe lung infection admitted to our hospital in recent years, their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Before treatment, the blood oxygen pressure (PaO2), carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO2) and oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2) of the two groups patients were compared, there was no significant difference (P>0.05); after treatment, the PaO2, PaO2/FiO2 of the two groups patients compared with those before treatment, there were significant difference (P<0.01); after treatment, the PaO2, PaO2/FiO2 of the treatment group compared with the control group, there was significant difference (P<0.05). After conventional therapy in patients of the control group, the total effective rate was 52.00%; the treatment group after Scopolamine treatment, the total effective rate was 82.67%; the clinical efficacy of the two groups by statistical analysis, there was significant difference (χ2=10.80,P<0.01).
