[摘要]目的：探讨耳鼻喉门诊护理存在的问题及处理措施。方法：总结对我院耳鼻喉门诊患者的护理经验。结果：有效的护理管理措施能减少医患矛盾，为患者就医创造更好的环境。结论：护理得当对于耳鼻喉门诊患者的诊疗过程有益。
