597例非淋菌性尿道炎患者支原体感染情况与耐药性分析(1)

[摘要] 目的：分析我院皮肤科2007年1月～2009年12月非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)患者支原体感染及耐药性变迁情况，为临床提供最新的流行病学资料及用药指导。方法：应用板条培养药敏试剂法对解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)进行检测和其对11种抗菌药物的药敏试验结果分析。结果：3年共检测临床拟诊为NGU的患者1 557例，支原体感染总阳性例数597例，阳性率为38.34%。其中解脲支原体(Ureaplasma urealyticum，Uu)、人型支原体(Mycoplasmahominis，Mh)、混合型(Mh+Uu)检出率分别为78.39%、3.69%、17.92%。女性阳性率为51.71%，男性阳性率为28.96%，女性感染率显著高于男性(χ2=82.609，P<0.01)。随年份增加支原体阳性率有逐年增高的趋势，但各年度间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。耐药检测结果表明，支原体对交沙霉素、美满霉素、强力霉素敏感率高(分别为99.16%，98.32%，97.65%)，对环丙沙星的敏感率最低(14.07%)。结论：非淋菌性尿道炎支原体感染主要以Uu发病率最高，且在益阳地区女性检出率高于男性，临床对支原体感染治疗应根据药敏结果合理使用抗生素，以减少耐药菌株产生。

Infection status and drug susceptilibity analysis of Mycoplasma strains in 597 patients with non-gonoeeoeal urethritis

[Abstract] Objective: To analyze Mycoplasma infection in non-gonoeeoeal urethritis(NGU)and the changes in drug resistance from January 2007 to December 2009, to provide the data of epidemiology and instruct rational application of antibiotics. Methods: Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) were detected with lath culture sensitivity reagent method and drug susceptibility test results were analyzed with 11 kinds of antimicrobial agents. Results: In 1 557 NGU patients, the total positive patients drug resistance by Mycoplasma was 597, the positive rate of Mycoplasma was 38.34%, and the positive rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu), Mycoplasma homonis (Mh), Uu and Mh were 78.39%,3.69%, 17.92%. The positive rate in female and male were 51.71% and 28.96%, respectively. The infection rate of female was obviously higher than that of male(χ2=82.609, P<0.01). The postive rate heighten as well as the increased year, but there was no obviously difference in each year (P>0.05).
