酚氨咖敏颗粒含量测定方法的改进(1)

     [摘要] 目的:建立HPLC法同时测定氨酚咖敏颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因、氨基比林的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);流动相:1%醋酸溶液(用三乙胺调pH为3.5)-甲醇-乙腈(65∶10∶25);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:273 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:对乙酰氨基酚检测浓度的线性范围为12.3~123.2 μg/ml(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为98.65%,RSD=0.31%(n=3);咖啡因检测浓度的线性范围为2.44~24.42 μg/ml(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.15%,RSD=0.15%(n=3);氨基比林检测浓度的线性范围为8.23~82.34 μg/ml(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.40%,RSD=0.39%(n=3)。结论:本法灵敏,可靠,简单可行,可用于氨酚咖敏颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因、氨基比林的含量测定。

    Simultaneous determination of Paracetamol, Caffeine, Aminopyrine in Paracetamol, aminophenazone phenacetin, caffeine and chlorphenamine maleate Granules

    [Abstract] Objective: To establish a method for determination of Paracetamol, Caffeine, Aminopyrine in Paracetamol, aminophenazone phenacetin, caffeine and chlorphenamine maleate Granules by HPLC.Methods: The Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used, a mixture of 1%-Acetic acid (adjust pH to 3.5 by triethylamine)-methanol-acetonitrile (65∶10∶25) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 273 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The temperature of the column was at 30℃. Results: The linear of range Paracetamol was at 12.3-123.2 μg/ml (r=0.999 6), the average recovery was 98.65% with a RSD of 0.31% (n=3); the linear range of Caffeine was 2.44-24.42 μg/ml (r=0.999 8), the average recovery was 99.15% with a RSD of 0.15% (n=3); the linear range of Aminopyrine was 8.23-82.34 μg/ml (r=0.999 9), the average recovery was 98.40% with a RSD of 0.39%(n=3). Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and sensitive.
