连翘挥发油的成分分析及抗病毒活性的考察

     [摘要] 目的:考察连翘挥发油及其主要成分α-蒎烯及β-蒎烯对甲、乙型流感病毒与乙肝病毒的活性。方法:①通过GC-MS分析翘挥发油的化学成分;②以2.2.15细胞为乙型肝炎病毒载体,分别测定它们抑制乙型肝炎病毒进行DNA复制和产生HBsAg、HBeAg的能力;③以MDCK(狗肾)细胞为病毒宿主,分别测定它们抑制病毒引起细胞病变的程度(CPE)。结果:①在最大无毒剂量时,即在连翘挥发油258.69 μg/ml、α-蒎烯258.69 μg/ml、β-蒎烯192.45 μg/ml时,均无抗乙肝病毒活性;②连翘挥发油α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯的浓度分别是192.5 μg/ml时,均无抗甲、乙型流感病毒活性;③连翘挥发油的主要成分是α-蒎烯及β-蒎烯,总相对含量为71.48%。结论:连翘挥发油、α-蒎烯及β-蒎烯均无抗甲、乙型流感病毒与乙肝病毒的活性。

    Component analysis of forsythia essential oil and study on their anti-viral activity

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the activity that inhibited influenza A and B virus and hepatovirus B (HBV) from Forsythia essential oil and its main components including α-pinene and β-pinene. Methods: ①Using GC-MS to analyse the components of Forsythia essential oil. ②Using 2.2.15 cells as HBV′s vector to determine the content of HBV DNA duplicated and HBsAg and HBeAg produced from them,respectively. ③Using MDCK cells as host cells to observe the cytopathic effect (CPE) resulting from their inhabiting influenza A and B virus. Results:①Under the maximum nontoxic doses, it was no inhibiting HBV′s activity that the concentration of Forsythia essential oil was 258.69 μg/ml and the concentration of α-pinene was 258.69 μg/ml and the concentration of β-pinene was 192.45 μg/ml. ②It was no inhibiting influenza A and B viruses′ activity that the concentration of Forsythia essential oil and α-pinene and β-pinene was 192.5 μg/ml, respectively. ③Forsythia essential oil′smain components were α-pinene and β-pinene the amount of which was 71.48%. Conclusion: Forsythia essential oil and α-pinene and β-pinene were no inhibiting influenza A and B viruses and HBV′s activity.
