[摘要] 目的：探讨口腔颌面部血管瘤激光治疗的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析2009年1~12月我院门诊及住院采用激光治疗的130例口腔颌面部血管瘤患者的临床资料。结果：单纯性血管瘤组总有效率明显高于海绵状血管瘤组和混合性血管瘤组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；海绵状血管瘤组总有效率与混合性血管瘤组相比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单纯性血管瘤组不良反应发生率明显低于海绵状血管瘤组和混合性血管瘤组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)；海绵状血管瘤组不良反应发生率与混合性血管瘤组相比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：激光治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤操作简便、安全、疗程短、不良反应轻、治愈率高，尤其适用于单纯性血管瘤患者的治疗。对于海绵状或混合性血管瘤患者，激光治疗的同时可以配合其他方法综合治疗，以提高治愈率。

Clinical analysis of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma laser in the treatment of 130 patients

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the value of clinical applications in the treatment of 130 patients with oral and maxillofacial hemangioma by lazer. Methods: The data were obtained by collecting and analyzing 130 patients with oral and maxillofacial hemangioma by lazer from outpatient service as well as inpatient department from January to December 2009 in our hospital. Results: The curative effects of hemangioma simplex group was higher than cavernous hemangioma group and the mixed hemangioma group (P<0.05); there was no obvious difference between cavernous hemangioma group and mixed hemangioma group (P>0.05). The incidence of side effects in hemangioma simplex group conclusion was much lower than that of cavernous hemangioma group and mixed hemangioma group (P<0.05, P<0.01) while no clear difference appeared between cavernous hemangioma group and mixed hemangioma group (P>0.05). Conclusion: Using Laser to cure the oral and maxillofacial hemangioma is simple and convenient operation with the advantages of safe, short course, less bad reactions, higher cure rate, especially applying to the hemangioma simplex patients. As to the cavernous hemangioma and mixed hemangioma patients, laser treatment can be integrated with other methods of treatment to improve the curative effects.
