复方苦参注射液联合化疗在治疗胃癌中的疗效观察

[摘要] 目的：观察复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗胃癌的临床效果。方法：将我院2008年3月～2009年6月收治的78例晚期胃癌患者随机分为观察组(复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗组)和对照组(单纯化疗治疗组)各39例，治疗2个周期后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：①观察组CR 3例，PR 19例，总有效率为56.4%；对照组CR 1例，PR 7例，总有效率20.5%。两组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。②观察组KPS评分较治疗前和对照组差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01)。③观察组较对照组不良反应少，且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：应用复方苦参注射液辅助治疗晚期胃癌，可以提高临床治疗效果，改善患者生存质量，降低治疗过程中的不良反应发生率。

Curative effect observation of Compound Matrine Injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of gastric cancer

[Abstract] Objective: To observe effect of Compound Matrine Injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of gastric cancer. Methods: 78 patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital from March 2008 to June 2009 were randomly divided into observation group (Compound Matrine Injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment group) and control group (chemotherapy alone treatment group), each group 39 cases, after 2 cycles of treatment therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Results: ①In observation group CR 3 cases, PR 19 cases, the total effective rate was 56.4%; in control group CR 1 case, PR 7 cases, the total effective rate of 20.5%. There were significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). ②KPS scores in the observation group than before treatment and in control group all had significantly different (all P<0.01). ③In observation group than in the control group, fewer adverse reactions, and there was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound Matrine Injection in adjuvant therapy of advanced gastric cancer can enhance and improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the course of treatment.
