米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于绝经后妇女取IUD 60例疗效观察

[摘要] 目的：观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在绝经后妇女取IUD的临床效果。方法：选择门诊要求取IUD的绝经妇女120例，随机分为两组。观察组60例，术前给予米非司酮25 mg口服，每日1次，连续3 d，第4天术前2 h舌下含服米索前列醇400 μg。服药前后2 h空腹。对照组60例，不使用任何药物直接取IUD。结果：观察组60例取器手术全部成功，成功率为100%(60/60)，对照组成功率为80%(48/60)。结论：米非司酮和米索前列醇用于绝经后妇女取IUD，可以提高取器成功率，值得临床推广应用。

Simultaneous administration of Mifepristone and Misoprostol for removal of intrauterine device in 60 cases menopausal women

[Abstract] Objective: To study simultaneous administration of Mifepristone and Misoprostol for removal of intrauterine device (IUD) in the menopausal woman. Methods: From September 2008 to March 2010, 120 cases menopausal women who required to remove the IUD were randomly divided into observation group (n= 60) and control group (n= 60). Prior to removal of IUD, the women in observation group were given Mifepristone at a dose of 25 mg,once daily for 3 days, following by administration of Misoprostol at a dose of preoperative 2 h sublingual 400 μg at the fourth day. In control group, the women were given no medicine before IUD removal. A success on the first attempt at IUD removal with additional management was considered successful procedure. Results: The IUD was successfully removed in all women of observation group with the success rate of 100%. In control group, the IUD was successfully removed in 48 of 60 women with the success rate of 80%. Conclusion: Simultaneous administration of Mifepristone and Misoprostol can be helpful for the IUD removal procedure in the menopausal woman.

绝经后妇女生殖器官萎缩，宫内节育器(IUD)取出较困难。我院2008年9月～2010年3月采用两组对比研究，在取器前服用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇和不服用药物， 观察两组IUD取出情况。现报道如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取2008年9月～2010年3月来我院要求取器的绝经妇女120例，年龄49～62岁，平均56岁；绝经年限6～18年，平均12年；孕次2～7次，平均5次；放置宫内节育器年限16～38年，平均30年。IUD类型均为金属节育器(其中圆形单环98例，宫腔型12例 ......
