TBL教学模式在临床麻醉学教学中的应用(1)

     [摘要] 探讨以团队为基础的教学(team based learning,TBL)模式在临床麻醉学教学中的应用及其意义。TBL是在PBL基础上改革创新的一种新型成人教学模式。将其应用在临床麻醉学教学中,通过制定学习目标、组织团队有效地学习以及应用合理的评分系统,明显提高了学生的学习积极性、主动性和团队合作精神,增强了学生对知识的理解、运用和驾驭能力。同时更新了教师的教学理念,促进了师生之间交流,提高了临床麻醉学的教学质量。

    Application of team based learning in the teaching of clinical anesthesiology

    [Abstract] To explore the application of team based learning (TBL) in the teaching of clinical anesthesiology and its effect. TBL is a fresh new mode of adult teaching based on the reforming and innovation to the PBL. We apply it in the teaching of clinical anesthesiology and improve the activeness, positivity and co-operative mind on students thus improved their ability to understand, use and master knowledge through the set of learning target, the organization of team to perform effective learning and the use of rational scoring system. Moreover, it renewes teaching philosophy of teachers, promotes communication between teachers and students, so as to improve the teaching quality of clinical anesthesiology. ......
