[摘要] 目的：了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的生命质量(QOL)状况及其影响因素，探索COPD患者健康教育的工作重点。方法：采用AQ20问卷对134例COPD患者QOL及其可能的影响因素进行调查。结果：61.9% COPD患者健康相关QOL处于较差及以下水平。不同性别间差异无统计学意义。疾病严重程度、BMI、吸烟、体育锻炼频率、做饭频率、文化程度和家庭收入与患者的QOL评分差异有统计学意义。结论：COPD患者QOL及其影响因素现状不容乐观，有针对性地开展COPD防治知识的健康教育，对改善COPD患者QOL具有积极作用。

[Abstract] Objective: To know the quality of life (QOL) and the factors ofpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and to explore the key work on educating of COPD patients. Methods: 134 COPD patients were surveyed about their QOL and influencing factors in the form of AQ20 questionnaire. Results: The QOL of 61.9% of the COPD patients were in the lower and poorer level. There was no difference in the gender, and there were statistical significance between the level of COPD, BMI, smoking, frequency of exercise, frequency of cooking, level of education and family income and mark of the QOL. Conclusion: The present situation of COPD patients and the influencing factors are not very good. Education of the knowledge of preventing and curing COPD will promote the QOL of COPD patients.

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是老年人的常见病、多发病，具有气流受限的特点。该病患病率高、病死率高、社会负担重。近年来，其发病率、病死率仍呈上升趋势[1]。因此，关注COPD患者的生活状况，分析各种因素对疾病的影响及其间的相关性十分重要。笔者于2009年8月~2010年8月对来我院门诊部的COPD患者的生命质量(QOL)进行了调查，并对影响COPD患者的QOL相关因素进行分析，旨在为指导老年COPD患者心理调整及康复锻炼方面提供依据。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取我院COPD患者134例，所有患者均符合2007年中华医学会呼吸病学分会制订的COPD诊治指南中的诊断标准[2]，排除其他肺部疾患，病情处于稳定期。其中 ......
