[摘要] 目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者免疫状态变化规律。方法：选取2009年6月~2010年12月于我院进行治疗的60例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象，设为观察组，同时选取同期的60例健康体检人员设为对照组，对两组患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白水平进行统计及比较。结果：观察组中CD3+(54.68±7.02)%、CD4+(34.51±5.98)%、CD4+/CD8+(1.33±0.21)分别低于对照组的(62.32±6.81)%、(38.50±6.13)%、(1.64±0.20)；CD8+高于对照组[(28.12±3.97)% vs (23.56±4.78)%]，血清IgA、 IgG及C3高于对照组[(2.43±0.68)g/L、(10.40±1.62)g/L、(1.58±0.22)g/L vs(1.49±0.50)g/L、(9.25±1.562)g/L、(1.19±0.24)g/L]；IgM低于对照组[(1.23±0.30)g/L vs (0.83±0.26)g/L]，两组相比，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)；C4比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：2型糖尿病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白水平均有一定的变化规律，值得进一步研究探讨。

[Abstract] Objective: To study the variation of immune status of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from June 2009 to December 2010 were selected as observation group, and 60 healthy people at the same time were selected as control group, then the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin of two groups were analyzed and compared.
