[摘要] 目的：比较不同护理模式在慢性肾功能衰竭患者中的护理效果。方法：选取2009年6月~2010年12月于我院进行治疗的80例慢性肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组(常规护理模式组)40例和观察组(Orem自理模式组)40例，对两组患者的并发症发生率、患者满意率及护理前后治疗依从性、治疗积极性及SF-36总分和SAS、SDS评分进行统计及比较。结果：观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(22.5% vs 5.0%)，治疗依从性及积极性较好者比例高于对照组[(62.5%、65.0%) vs (82.5%、85.0%)]，患者满意率高于对照组(87.5% vs 100.0%)，SF-36总分高于对照组(71.3 vs 81.6)，SAS、SDS评分低于对照组[(45.2、44.5) vs (31.4、30.3)]，差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论：Orem自理模式在慢性肾功能衰竭患者中的护理效果较好，综合优势明显，值得临床推广应用。

The comparison of effects of different nursing mode in chronic renal failure

[Abstract] Objective: To study and compare the effects of different nursing mode in chronic renal failure. Methods: 80 patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital from June 2009 to December 2010 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing mode group) 40 cases and observation group (Orem self-care mode group) 40 cases, then the incidence of complications, treatment compliance, treatment enthusiasm, patients′ satisfaction rate, SF-36 total score, SAS score and SDS score of two groups before and after the nursing were analyzed and compared. Results: The incidence of complications of observation group was lower than that of control group (22.5% vs 5.0%), the treatment compliance and treatment enthusiasm were better than those of control group [(62.5%, 65.0%) vs (82.5%, 85.0%)], patients′ satisfaction rate was higher than that of control group (87.5% vs 100.0%), SF-36 total score was higher than that of control group (71.3 vs 81.6), SAS score and SDS score were lower than those of control group [(45.2, 44.5) vs (31.4, 30.3)], there were all significant differences P<0.05.
