金刚藤胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：评价金刚藤胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：240例临床诊断为慢性盆腔炎的患者，随机分为4组，联合治疗组60例，治疗方法为口服金刚藤胶囊，每次4粒，1日3次，于每晚睡前1枚康妇消炎栓直肠给药，10～14 d为1个疗程；金刚藤胶囊组60例，治疗方法为口服金刚藤胶囊，每次4粒，1日3次，疗程为14 d；康妇消炎栓组60例，治疗方法为每晚睡前1枚康妇消炎栓直肠给药，疗程为14 d；对照组60例，治疗方法为口服罗红霉素胶囊治疗，每次1粒，1日2次，疗程为10～14 d。比较各组间疗效的差异。结果：金刚藤胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗组有效率为96.7%，金刚藤胶囊组有效率为63.3%，康妇消炎栓组有效率为60.0%，对照组有效率为83.4%，金刚藤胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗组有效率明显高于其他各组(P<0.05)。结论：金刚藤胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎具有较好治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical effects of Bock Greenbrier Rhizome Capsule combined with Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: 240 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into four groups. 60 cases in combined treatment group were treated with Bock Greenbrier Rhizome Capsule 4 pills, po, tid, and administered rectally with Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository 1 piece before sleep every night. 10-14 days as a course; 60 cases in Bock Greenbrier Rhizome Capsule group, treated with Bock greenbrier rhizome capsule 4 pills, po, tid. 10-14 days as a course; 60 cases in Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository group, administered rectally with Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository 1 piece before sleep every night. 14 days as a course; 60 cases in control group, treated with Roxithromycin Capsule 2 pills, po, bid. 7-10 days for a course. The clinical effects were compared. Results: The cure and total effective rate of combined group was 96.7%, the Bock Greenbrier Rhizome Capsule group was 63.3%, the Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository group was 60.0%, and the control group was 83.4%. It was clear that the cure and total effective rate of the combined group was higher than the others (P<0.05). Conclusion: There is dramatic effect of Bock Greenbrier Rhizome Capsule combined with Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. It is worthy of application. ......
