莉芙敏联合圣约翰草治疗更年期综合征伴抑郁障碍的临床观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：观察莉芙敏联合圣约翰草治疗更年期综合征伴抑郁障碍的疗效和安全性。方法：80例更年期综合征伴抑郁障碍的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，观察组给予莉芙敏每次1片，1日2次(早、晚)口服，同时给予圣约翰草300 mg，每日3次口服，治疗8周。对照组仅给予莉芙敏每次1片，1日2次(早、晚)口服，治疗8周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及考普曼(Kupperman)评分法评定疗效，治疗前及治疗后检查血常规和尿常规、心电图、肝功能、肾功能、血脂、血糖、血压，评定副作用。结果：对于更年期综合征的改善，通过Kupperman评分法比较，观察组的总有效率为97.5%(39/40)，对照组总有效率为85.0%(34/40)，观察组疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对于抑郁障碍的改善，通过HAMD评分比较，观察组的总有效率为95.0%(38/40)，对照组总有效率为80.0%(32/40)，观察组疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：莉芙敏联合圣约翰草治疗更年期综合征伴抑郁障碍可提高疗效，并且临床无明显不良反应。

Clinical observation of combined treatment of remifemin and St John's wort for menopausal syndrome accompanied by depression

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects and safety of the combined treatment of remifemin and St John's wort for menopausal syndrome accompanied by depression. Methods: 80 patients with menopausal syndrome accompanied by depression were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 patients each group. The observation group was given remifemin orally twice a day (morning and evening) and one tablet per time and St John's wort 300 mg orally three times per day for 8 weeks. The control group was only given remifemin orally twice a day (morning and evening) and one tablet per time for 8 weeks. The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) and the Kupperman scoring method were used to assess the therapeutic effects. Blood and urine routine, ECG, liver function, kidney function, blood lipids, blood glucose and blood pressure before and after treatment were examined and than the assess side effects.
