螺内酯联合依那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨螺内酯联合依那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法：将我院2007年3月～2010年4月收治的120例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各60例。对照组予依那普利10 mg，每日1次。观察组予依那普利10 mg，每日1次，螺内酯20 mg，每日1次，疗程为6个月，比较两组的临床疗效及u-MA、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C的变化情况。结果：观察组的显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组，两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后u-MA、TG、TC、LDL-C均较治疗前明显降低，且观察组降低程度较对照组更明显(P<0.05)，但两组HDL-C治疗前后变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论：螺内酯联合依那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效明显、确切，不良反应少，能明显改善患者的肾功能，值得临床推广和应用。

Efficacy observation of Spironolactone and Enalapril in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Spironolactone combined with Enalapril in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 120 patients with early diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from March 2007 to April 2010 were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, each 60 cases. Control group received Enalapril 10 mg, once a day. Observation group was given Enalapril 10 mg, once a day, Spironolactone 20 mg, once a day for 6 months, compared the clinical efficacy and u-MA, TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C changes. Results: The efficiency rate and total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, u-MA, TG, TC, LDL-C of two groups were significantly lower than before, and the observation group decreased more than control group (P<0.05), HDL-C in both groups had no changes befor and after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion: Efficacy of enalapril combined spironolactone treating early diabetic nephropathy hydrochloric is obvious, accurate, with less adverse reactions, can significantly improve renal function and it is worthy of promotion and application.
