异莲心碱对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠抗氧化作用的研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨异莲心碱对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠抗氧化的作用。方法:选取昆明种成年小鼠50只,随机将其分为空白组、模型组、异莲心碱低剂量组(10 mg/kg)、高剂量组(20 mg/kg)及维生素C(Vitamin C)对照组,测定小鼠体重和肝脏指数,以小鼠血清和肝脏组织中的 超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性及 MDA 含量为指标,考察异莲心碱在体内的抗氧化性能。结果:与空白组比较,模型组小鼠体重和肝脏指数明显下降,为32.87 g和3.87 mg/g;血清和肝脏组织 SOD和GSH-Px 活性明显降低,其值分别为247 U/ml、408 U/ml和358、319 U/mgpro;MDA含量为20.62 nmol/ml和13.01 nmol/mgpro,明显增加(P<0.01);与模型组比较,异莲心碱20 mg/kg可明显拮抗小鼠体重和肝脏指数的降低、增强血清和肝脏组织 SOD和GSH-Px 活性、减少 MDA含量(P<0.01),其值分别为36.29 g,4.53 mg/g,305、459 U/ml,438、355 U/mgpro和16.47 nmol/ml。异莲心碱低剂量组小鼠肝脏组织GSH-Px 活性为333 U/mgpro,与模型组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:异莲心碱能显著提高D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的抗氧化能力。

    Study on antioxidation of Isoliensinine in D-Galactose-induced aged mice

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the antioxidative effect of isoliensinine in D-Galactose-induced aged mice. Methods: The fifty mouses were randomly divided into five groups involved in black group, model group, low-dose isoliensinine group (10 mg/kg), high-dose isoliensinine group (20 mg/kg) and the group treated with Vitamin C. The body weight and the liver index were determined and the activities of super-oxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and the contents of malonic dialdehyde (MDA) in serum and liver tissue were assayed respectively. Results: Compared with black group, for aging model mice, the body weight and the liver index declined, the data were 32.87 g and 3.87 mg/g, the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in surum and liver tissue also declined, the data were 247, 408 U/ml and 358, 319 U/mgpro, and the contents of MDA raised, the data were 20.62 nmol/ml and 13.01 nmol/mgpro (P<0.01). In comparison with the model group, the loss of body weight and the liver index were markedly counteracted, the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in surum and liver tissue of isoliensinine group (20 mg/kg) were all increased and the contents of MDA got high reduction (P<0 ......
