Survivin在肺癌中表达意义及其与Fas/FasL表达的关系(1)

    [摘要] 目的:检测肺癌组织中Survivin和Fas/FasL的表达水平及其相互关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测86例肺癌组织、30例癌旁肺组织、11例肺良性病变组织中Survivin、Fas、FasL基因的表达情况。结果:Survivin、Fas及FasL在肺癌组织阳性表达与在癌旁肺组织阳性及良性病变组织中表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Survivin在肺癌中表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移、病理学分级相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Fas表达与病理学分级相关(P<0.05);FasL在肺癌中表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);肺癌组织中Survivin、Fas、FasL表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:Survivin在肺癌组织中高表达,其阳性表达率与TNM分期、淋巴结转移和细胞分化程度相关,表明Survivin参与肺癌的发生、发展,过表达Survivin的肺癌患者可能预后不良;Survivin表达与Fas、FasL表达无相关性,表明两条凋亡路径可能没有交叉点。

    Expression of Survivin and its relationship with Fas, FasL in lung cancer

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the expression of Survivin protein in lung cancer and its relationship with the expression of Fas and FasL. Methods: An immunohistochemical method (steptavidin-biotin peroxldase, SP) was used to detect the expressions of Survivin, Fas and FasL in 86 cases of lung cancer, 30 cases of adjacent tumor tissues and 11 cases of benign pulmonary disease tissues. Results: The positive rate of Survivin, Fas and FasL was differentiation significantly in lung cancers, adjacent tumor tissues and benign tissues (P<0.05). The positive rate of Survivin associated with clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and differentiation (P<0.05); the positive rate of Fas was related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). The positive rate of FasL was related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05); there was no correlation between expression of Survivin, Fas and FasL. Conclusion: The expression of Survivin in lung cancer is higher than that in benign tissues and related to clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and differation. Survivin might play a role in lung carcinogenesis and development. There is no correlation between expression of Survivin, Fas and FasL.
