[摘要] 目的：观察血脉舒颗粒剂对小鼠的抗炎及镇痛作用。方法：将昆明种小鼠随机分为5组，分别为空白对照组，血脉舒颗粒剂高、中、低剂量组和阿司匹林组。给小鼠灌胃(ig)给药5 d后，采用二甲苯致小鼠急性耳肿胀试验观察血脉舒颗粒剂的抗炎作用；采用醋酸扭体法和热板镇痛法观察血脉舒颗粒剂对小鼠的镇痛作用。结果：血脉舒颗粒剂中、高剂量组对于二甲苯所致的小鼠急性耳肿胀和有显著的抑制作用，对小鼠醋酸所致的扭体及热板法致痛反应有较好的止痛作用，镇痛疗效呈剂量依赖关系。结论：血脉舒颗粒剂具有显著的抗炎、止痛疗效。

Experimental study of inflammatory and analgesic effect of Xuemaishu Granules in mice

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Xuemaishu Granules in mice. Methods: Kunming mices were randomly divided into 5 groups as black control group, Xuemaishu Granules at high, medium and low doses groups while Aspirin was used in the control group. The anti-inflammatory effect of Xuemaishu Granules was administered (ig) for 5 days to mices. Acute ear swelling test was used which was caused by Xylene in mice to observe the inflammatory effect of Xuemaishu Granules; acetic acid-writhing and hot plate micel models were used to observe the analgesic effect of Xuemaishu Granules. Results: In the xylene-induced ear swelling mice model, Xuemaishu Granules at midle or high dose groups showed greater anti-inflammatory effect than that in the control group significantly. In the acetic acid induced writhing and hot plate model, Xuemaishu Granules showed greater analgesic effect than that in the control group significantly. The dose was greater, the analgesic effect was greater. Conclusion: Xuemaishu Granules has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect in mice models.

血脉舒颗粒剂由金银花、黄柏、丹参、地龙、赤芍、红花等中药组成的临床验方，具有即可抗血栓，使血流量增加，改善血流变学指标和微循环，又有抗炎、止痛作用。多年来临床用于血管外科血栓性静脉炎等疾病的治疗，取得了很好的效果。本实验就其抗炎镇痛作用进行实验研究,为其临床应用提供药理实验研究依据。
