高尿酸血症与代谢综合征各组分关系的临床研究(1)

     [摘要]目的:探讨高尿酸血症与代谢综合征各组分的关系。方法:严格筛选我院内分泌科门诊进行糖尿病筛查的1 000例作为研究对象,其中代谢综合征患者258例为观察组,无代谢综合征742例为对照组,对两组人群的血糖、血压、胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、血尿酸及身高、体重、腰围进行测定,并进行比较分析。结果:观察组血糖、血压、胆固醇、三酰甘油及腰围、体重指数均显著高于对照组,且高血尿酸组各项指标均明显高于血尿酸正常人群,且无论有无代谢综合征,男性血尿酸水平明显高于女性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高尿酸血症与代谢综合征各组分关系密切,可通过监测血尿酸水平为心脑血管疾病的早期防治和预测提供重要的理论依据。

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the relationship between high uric acid hematic disease and the metabolic syndrome various components. Methods: To choose 1 000 people who took diabetes screening in the endocrine department of our hospital strict as the research object, of which 258 people with metabolic syndrome as the observation group, 742 cases without metabolic syndrome as control group, to measure and compare the blood glucose,blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,blood uric acid and height, weight waistline of the two groups. Results: The blood glucose,blood pressure,cholesterol, triglycerides waist circumference and body mass index of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the indicators of the group of high blood uric acid were significantly higher than the group with normal blood uric acid, and with or without metabolic syndrome,the blood uric acid level of the male were significantly higher than women,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
