吉林市20~55岁女性膳食大豆异黄酮摄入量与其对血脂的作用(1)

     [摘要] 目的:了解吉林市成年女性膳食异黄酮摄入量与其对血脂的作用。方法:用膳食记账法问卷调查249名20~55岁吉林市部分女性3 d的膳食调查,空腹清晨抽取静脉血,分离血清,用日本 Olympus AU640 检测总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结果:按照膳食总大豆异黄酮的摄入量将249名研究对象分为低、中、高3组,摄入量分别为(4.7±2.3) mg,(13.9±2.4) mg,(36.6±14.9) mg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 1)。低、中、高3组间总胆固醇(TC)分别为(4.7±0.7) mmol/L,(4.5±0.7) mmol/L,(4.4±0.7) mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)分别为(3.1±0.7) mmol/L,(2.9±0.7) mmol/L,(2.7±0.6) mmol/L,控制体质指数、总能量和脂肪供能比后,差异有统计学意义(P值分别为0.025 7和0.017)。结论:在成年女性膳食异黄酮摄入量有改善血脂的作用。

    Effects of dietary isoflavone intakes on blood lipid levels in 20-55 years old women in Jilin city

    [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the isoflavone intake and its effects on blood lipid levels in a sample of 249 women aged 20-55 years living in Jilin city. Methods: Dietary isoflavone and nutrient intake were assessed with 3-day food records and total cholesterol, HDL-C, LDL-C, and triglycerides were measured. Results: According to total isoflavone intake the subjects were divided into low, middle, and high 3 groups and mean soy isoflavone intake were (4.7±2.3) mg, (13.9±2.4) mg, and (36.6±14.9) mg, respectively. And significantly difference among the 3 groups (P<0.000 1). Mean TC level among 3 groups were (4.7±0.7) mmol/L, (4.5±0.7) mmol/L, and (4.4±0.7) mmol/L, LDL-C were (3.1±0.7) mmol/L, (2.9±0.7) mmol/L, and (2.7±0.6) mmol/L, respectively. After adjusted for BMI, total energy and percentage energy from fat, TC and LDL-C were significantly difference among the 3 groups(P=0.025 7 and P=0.017). Conclusion: Dietary soy isoflavone intake may have beneficial effects on blood lipid in adult women.
