协同护理模式对剖宫产产妇的影响(1)

[摘要] 目的：研究协同护理模式对剖宫产产妇的影响。方法：将符合条件的210例剖宫产产妇随机分为实验组105例和对照组105例。实验组产妇和家属参与健康决策及力所能及的自理活动；对照组常规护理。观察记录两组剖宫产产妇术后自理活动时间及术后护理新生儿能力的情况，并进行对照研究。结果：术后实验组产妇在恢复自理能力和护理新生儿能力方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；术后两组产妇主动提问率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：协同护理模式有利于剖宫产术后产妇的自我护理能力，更能促进产妇主动寻求知识。该护理模式是一种优化的护理模式。

Impact of collaborative care model on puerperae receiving cesarean section

[Abstract] Objective: To study the impact of the collaborative care model on puerperae receiving cesarean section. Methods: 210 eligible cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into the experimental group of 105 patients and the control group of 105 patients. Puerperae of the experimental group and their families participated in health decision-making and self-care activities within their power while the control group was given routine care. Postoperative self-care activity time and ability to take care of neonates of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: Postoperative self-care activity time and ability to take care of neonates of the experimental group were poorer than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Initiative question raising rates of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion: Collaborative care model not only is in favor of postoperative maternal self-care ability after caesarean section,but also encourages puerperae to seek for knowledge. The collaborative care model is an optimized care model.

随着整体护理工作的不断深入，健康教育已贯穿到从患者入院到出院的各个环节，成为检验整体护理效果，评价整体护理质量的重要指标[1]。作为医院的一个重要科室，产科也不例外。笔者所在科室自2002年开展整体护理以来，取得了一定成绩，但由于种种原因，常规的健康教育模式对剖宫产产妇并不能取得令人满意的效果，为提高健康教育质量，提高剖宫产妇的自我护理能力，促进术后恢复及提高新生儿护理能力，笔者所在医院应用协同护理模式(Collabortire Care Model，CCM) 指导健康教育工作，临床实践取得满意效果。协同护理模式作为一种新型的护理模式，是指在责任制护理的基础上充分调动患者自身的能动性，使患者参与到对自己的健康决策和自我护理中来。本研究就协同护理模式和常规护理模式对剖宫产产妇术后的影响进行对比研究，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1一般资料
随机抽取2010年6~12月在产科接受剖宫产的产妇，共210例，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各105例，两组产妇均为初产，麻醉方式均为硬膜外麻醉，术式均为子宫下段剖宫产。两组产妇在年龄、文化程度、职业等方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0 ......
