“海洋甾体”对心肌梗死大鼠心功能的影响及相关机制研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的:观察海洋甾体(YC-1)对心肌梗死大鼠心功能的影响及相关的机制。方法:将72只SD大鼠随机分为6组,每组12只,即对照组、假手术组、溶剂对照组、心肌梗死组、YC1治疗组、地奥心血康治疗组。观察大鼠血浆NO与内皮素(ET-1)变化,心肌离子型谷氨酸受体(NMDANR1)的表达及大鼠心功能的变化。结果:与心肌梗死组大鼠比较,假手术组与溶剂对照组无明显变化,YC-1治疗组大鼠心功能明显改善,地奥心血康治疗组心功能明善更明显;YC-1治疗组大鼠血浆NO含量显著减少(P<0.01),YC-1治疗组大鼠血浆ET-1含量显著增加(P<0.01),大鼠心功能明显改善(P<0.01);YC-1治疗组大鼠心肌NMDANR1的表达明显减轻(P<0.01)。结论:YC1治疗能够明显减轻心肌梗死大鼠心肌损伤,改善心功能,其作用可能与血浆NO及ET-1含量变化及NMDANR1的表达有关。

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe the effect of steroid YC-1 on heart function and study its underlying mechanism after acute myocardial infarction in rats. Methods:72 male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were randomized into control group (C),sham operation group (SO),sham operation+DMSO group (OD),LAD occlusion group (LO),LO+YC-1 group (LODY), LO+Dia group (LODD), 12 rats in a group respectively to measure the changes of NO,ET-1,NMDANR1 and heart function. Results: Compared with the LO group, and the heart function of rats in LODY group was evidently ameliorated (P<0.05), it was more evidently ameliorated (P<0.01) in LODD group. The contents of NO in rat plasma were significantly decreased in LODY group (P<0.01), the contents of ET-1 in rat plasma were significantly increased (P<0.01) in LODY group, the NMDANR1 expression in rat myocardium was decreased in in LODY group (P<0 ......
