总之,本研究表明在转移的鼻咽癌患者中,Ki67蛋白表达增高非常明显, 而nm23的表达降低非常明显,提示其癌组织的生物学行为较为凶险,预后较差,其二者的表达呈负相关,其间的关系尚未完全明了,值得我们从多技术、多角度进一步研究。
