    [摘要] 目的:研究Ki67、nm23基因在鼻咽癌的表达以及同鼻咽癌临床分期、远处转移等的关系。方法:对66例鼻咽癌标本应用免疫组化法研究Ki67、nm23基因的表达情况。在66例中,33例有远处转移(有远处转移组),33例无远处转移(无远处转移组),其中,46例有颈淋巴结转移,20例无颈淋巴结转移。结果:①从Ki67表达水平来看有远处转移组的鼻咽癌组织明显高于无远处转移组(z=-5.395,P<0.001),而nm23 的表达明显低于无远处转移组(z=-3.866,P<0.001);②Ki67的表达与临床分期呈正相关(r=0.268,P<0.05); nm23 的表达与临床分期呈负相关(r=-0.246,P<0.05); ③Ki67和nm23 的表达与T分期无明显关系(分别为r=0.171、-0.130,均P>0.05);④Ki67、nm23的表达在有无淋巴结转移组无明显差异(z=-1.498、-0.901,P>0.05);⑤Ki67与nm23 的表达呈负相关(r=-0.327,P<0.05)。结论:Ki67、nm23表达的增高和降低很可能是鼻咽癌的远处转移的因素之一;Ki67与nm23表达的高低与鼻咽癌的临床分期有关, 在预后评估中Ki67、nm23表达的高低很有可能是重要的参考指标。

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the expression of Ki67 and nm23 genes in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the relationship of the clinical stages and the distant transfer in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: 66 cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided by immunohistochemical method specimen to explore the expression of Ki67 and nm23. There were half cases with distant transfer, and the other had not. There were 46 cases with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and only 20 cases with no transfer.
