银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨和分析银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果及应用价值。方法：回顾性分析80例糖尿病肾病患者，按照入院时间先后将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例。观察组在采用常规降血糖、控高血压的治疗基础上加用银杏达莫注射液20 ml加入250 ml生理盐水中，每日1次缓慢静滴。对照组仅采用常规降血糖、控高血压、血脂等治疗。两组疗程均为2周。观察和分析两组治疗前后血尿素氮(BUN)及血清肌酐(Scr)的变化情况，比较两组临床治疗效果。结果：治疗2周后，观察组治疗总有效率为100.0%，对照组治疗总有效率为85.0%，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.5，P<0.05)；观察组BUN、Scr与治疗前相比，明显降低(t=2.69、2.32，均P<0.05)；对照组BUN与治疗前相比明显降低(t=2.07，P<0.05)，Scr改善差异无统计学意义(t=0.78，P>0.05)；观察组治疗后BUN、Scr与对照组相比，均明显下降，差异有统计学意义(t=2.13、2.07，均P<0.05)。结论：银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病肾病患者临床效果确切，能够延缓肾功能恶化，通过扩血管、抗血栓、抗自由基损伤、改善微循环，提高患者的生存质量，对糖尿病肾病具有保护和治疗作用。

Observation on therapeutic effects of Ginkgodipyidamolum Injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate and analyze the clinical effects and value of Ginkgodipyidamolum Injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy, who were divided into control group and observation group with 40 patients for each. The observation group was given slow intravenous infusion of 20 ml of Ginkgodipyidamolum Injection dissolved in 250 ml of Normal Saline once a day on the basis of conventional hypoglycemic treatment and hypertension control treatment. The control group was only given conventional hypoglycemic treatment, hypertension control treatment, hyperlipidemia control treatment and others. The courses of treatment for both groups were 2 weeks.
