[摘要] 目的：探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP2)，组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2(TIMP2)在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)中的表达。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测86例PTC原发灶及其中40例颈部淋巴结转移性癌灶中MMP2、TIMP2的表达。结果：伴有颈部淋巴结转移的PTC原发灶中MMP2的表达强度高于无淋巴结转移者，而前者TIMP2的表达强度低于后者，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；PTC原发灶中MMP2的表达强度高于转移灶，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，而TIMP2在原发灶与转移灶中表达强度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两者在PTC原发灶和转移灶中表达强度的自身对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：PTC癌组织中的MMP2/TIMP2表达比例失衡，MMP2起着主导作用，这可能是导致PTC淋巴结转移的因素之一，高MMP2/TIMP2比例蛋白组成的PTC癌细胞亚克隆在转移过程中发挥着重要的作用。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2) and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase 2 (TIMP2) in papillary thyroid carcinomas (PTC). Methods: The expressions of MMP2 and TIMP2 were detected in 86 cases of primary lesions and 40 cases of metastatic foci in cervical lymph nodes by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression level of MMP2 in primary lesion of PTC with cervical lymph nodes metastases was higher than that without metastases. Otherwise the expression level of TIMP2 of the former was lower than that of the latter. Both differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the expression level of MMP2 in primary lesion of PTC was significantly higher than that of metastatic foci in cervical lymph nodes (P<0.05).
