扶他林乳胶剂治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：比较研究扶他林乳胶剂和局部封闭治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法：将90例桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(45例)，分别给予扶他林乳胶剂治疗和局部封闭1次。治疗前后分别记录患者疼痛的分数。结果：扶他林乳胶剂能明显改善患者的临床症状与体征，治疗1周后，治疗组疼痛改善情况与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，总有效率治疗组与对照组无明显差异，治疗组总有效率为86.67%，对照组为88.89%。结论：扶他林乳胶剂治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效好，是一种较好的治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的外用药。

Clinical observation of Votalin emulsion in the treatment of stenosing tendovaginitis radial styloid

[Abstract] Objective: To compare and research the clinical effect of Votalin emulsion and treatment of local block in curing stenosing tendovaginitis radial styloid. Methods: 90 patients with stenosing tendovaginitis radial styloid were randomly divided into treatment group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases), respectively given Votalin emulsion and treatment of local block. The pain scores of patients were observed respectively before and after the treatment. Results: Votalin emulsion could improve the clinical symptoms and signs significantly. After treatment for one week, its improvement for pain was the same as the control group. And there was no obvious difference between the two gruops in total effective rate, which of treatment group was 86.67%, while that of the control group was 88.89%. Conclusion: Votalin emulsion is effective for the treatment of stenosing tendovaginitis radial styloid.

桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎是一种肌腱的损伤性疾病，易反复发作，部分患者久治不愈，影响生活、工作。笔者近两年来采用扶他林乳胶剂对患者进行局部外敷治疗，效果满意。
扶他林乳胶剂的有效成分是非甾体类抗炎镇痛药物双氯芬酸钠，通过抑制前列腺素合成达到减轻炎症反应及疼痛的效果，为客观评价扶他林乳胶剂治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的疗效，笔者随机选择90例桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者应用扶他林乳胶剂治疗，结果满意。现报道如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
2009年4月～2009年12月，随机选择桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者90例，其中，男34例，女56例；年龄19～57岁，平均(32.0±3.1)岁；病程1周～6个月，平均发病时间(2.0±1.3)个月；发病部位：单侧61例，双侧29例。所有患者符合如下诊断标准：①桡骨茎突部疼痛，活动时加重，握力减弱；②桡骨茎突部微肿，有明显压痛，偶见颗粒样突出；③拇指屈伸受限，尤其是伸拇指时疼痛加剧；④芬氏征阳性。将患者随机分为治疗组(扶他林乳胶剂，45例)和对照组(局部封闭，45例)。两组一般情况比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性 ......
