总之，重组人血管内皮抑素联合标准化疗用于晚期NSCLC的一线治疗能够较好耐受，并可以产生协同作用，提高化疗的疾病控制率，可以明显改善晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的生活质量。但本实验仅为临床疗效观察，远期疗效也还在随访之中，确切的结果还需要大样本随机对照的临床试验来证实。
