[摘要] 目的：比较大庆市不同产地防风药材中升麻苷及5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量。方法：采用岛津 Inertsil ODS-SP(4.6 mm×150 mm，5 μm)色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-水(40∶60)，流速为1.0 ml/min，检测波长为254 nm，进样量为10 μl。结果：大庆市各个地区的防风有效成分含量均符合《中国药典》2010年版标准，其中以杜尔伯特及肇源地区有效成分总量较高。结论：杜尔伯特及肇源地区的防风质量更优。

Comparison of effective components in Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk. from different habitats of Daqing

[Abstract] Objective: To compare the contents of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 4'-O-beta-glucopyranosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol in Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk. from different habitats of Daqing. Methods: The sample was analyzed on Inertsil ODS-SP (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column, methanol-water (40∶60) was used as mobile phase with the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength was 254 nm and injection volume was 10 μl. Results: The samples from different habitats of Daqing were all complied with quality standards in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 Edition), and the higher was in the Duerbote and Zhaoyuan. Conclusion: The samples from Duerbote and Zhaoyuan are better than others.

防风为伞形科植物防风Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.) Schischk.未抽花茎植株的干燥根，能解表祛风，胜湿止痉，用于感冒头痛、风湿痹痛、风疹瘙痒及破伤风等症[1]。防风中的化学成分包括色原酮、挥发油、香豆素、杂多糖等类物质，药理实验表明，其具有解热、镇痛、镇静、抗炎、抗过敏、抗惊厥和增强机体非特异性免疫功能的作用[2-3]。《中国药典》2010年版中以防风中的升麻苷及5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷为主要成分进行含量测定，近年来也有人根据实际需要建议测量其中的多种有效成分以完善防风药材的质量控制[4-5]。本文参考《中国药典》2010年版标准，对黑龙江省大庆市不同地区防风中升麻苷及5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量进行对比分析，旨在建立大庆地区的防风质量标准，为防风药材的质量评价及合理使用提供参考依据。
