[摘要] 卫生医疗事业的改革，给医院的发展带来了一个良性发展的机遇，而大型医疗设备的采购又需要投入巨大的资金，政府对其投入有限，控制大型医疗设备的采购成本就成了医院降低医疗成本的重要手段。为此，医院应建立成本控制的理念，做好一系列的基础工作，有组织、有计划地进行，使医院以最合理的投入购买到理想的设备。
