[摘要] 醋酸纤维薄膜电泳被广泛应用于临床检验及医学实验教学中，但影响实验结果因素很多。针对实验过程中容易出现各种影响因素进行分析探讨并提出具体改进措施，以便得到理想的图谱，为临床检验及实验教学提供分析依据。

    [Abstract] Cellulose acetate film electrophoresis is widely used in clinical examination and medical experimental teaching, but many factors affect the results. The analysis discussion is directed to the various factors in the experiment and concrete measures for improvement are put forward in order to obtain the ideal map for the analysis of the clinical examination and laboratory teaching.
