改良去骨瓣减压术治疗在颅脑损伤患者中的应用价值分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨改良去骨瓣减压术在治疗颅脑损伤中的应用价值,为临床推广提供数据支持。方法:回顾性分析2009年6月~2011年5月我院采用改良去骨瓣减压术治疗的82例颅脑损伤患者的临床资料,并以同期采用标准去骨瓣减压术治疗的82例患者为对照组,比较两组患者格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)、治疗效果以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者GOS评分为(4.79±0.87)分,明显高于对照组[(3.62±0.91)分],组间比较差异有统计学意义(u=2.490,P<0.05);两组患者治疗总有效率组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.357,P<0.05),观察组术后并发症发生率明显降低,患者预后优于对照组患者,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.523,P<0.05)。结论:改良去骨瓣减压术治疗颅脑损伤可有效提高治疗效率,改善患者预后,值得临床进一步推广应用。

    Application of improved bone disc decompression in the treatment of patients with craniocerebral injury

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the application value of improved bone disc decompression in the treatment of craniocerebral injury, and provide data for clinical promotion support. Methods: The clinical data of 82 patients with craniocerebral injury were retrospectively analyzed from June 2009 to May 2011, who were treated with improved bone disc decompression, and 82 patients treated with standard bone disc decompression at the same period were selected as the control group. GOS score, treatment effect and the incidence of complications of two groups were compared. Results: GOS score of observation group was (4.79±0.87) points, it was obviously higher than that in the control group[(3.62±0.91) points], there was a significant difference between the two groups (u=2.490, P<0.05); There were statistical differences between the observation group and the control group in the total effective treatment (χ2=2.357, P<0.05), incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group were reduced significantly, the prognosis of the observation group patients was better than that in the control group, there was a statistically significant difference between two groups (χ2=3.523, P<0.05). Conclusion: Improved bone disc decompression treatment in craniocerebral injury can effectively increase the treatment efficiency, it can improve the prognosis of patients, and it is worthy to further research and extension in clinic ......
