     孕酮可减轻神经缺血-再灌注后的神经元凋亡,而上调Bcl-2表达可能是其发挥神经元保护作用的分子机制之一,作为一种自身合成的神经甾体激素,孕酮具有不良反应小的特点,是一种潜在的有应用前景的神经保护药物。
