血清CA242水平与2型糖尿病的相关性研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的:分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖控制水平与血清CA242的相关性。方法:采用ELISA试剂盒化学发光法测量血清CA242水平;对2009~2010年在我科住院的408例T2DM患者,按血清CA242水平分为CA242阴性组(<10 IU/ml)和CA242阳性组(≥10 IU/ml),比较两组之间的空腹血糖、病程、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血肌酐、尿素氮、以及糖化血红蛋白有无显著差异,对可能影响CA242水平与T2DM的相关因素进行单因素相关分析及多元逐步回归分析,比较各变量对CA242的影响程度。结果:组间对比分析结果显示,CA242阳性组空腹血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和糖化血红蛋白水平显著高于CA242阴性组(P<0.01);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显低于CA242阴性组(P<0.01)。单因素相关分析显示,血清CA242与空腹血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和糖化血红蛋白存在线性关系;多元逐步回归分析显示,糖化血红蛋白和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的标准回归系数分别为0.367(P=0.000)和0.410(P=0.000)。结论:血清CA242升高与T2DM存在相关性,糖化血红蛋白和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇是影响CA242的重要危险因素。

    Correlation study of serum CA242 levels and type 2 siabetes

    [Abstract] Objective: To analyze the correlation between blood glucose control level and serum CA242 level in type 2 diabetes (T2DM) patients. Methods: 408 cases of T2DM admitted in the authors' department were divided into CA242-negative group (<10 IU/ml) and CA242-positive group (≥10 IU/ml) according to CA242 level measured with ELISA kit chemiluminescence measurement. Fasting blood glucose level, course of disease, total cholesterol level, high density lipoprotein cholesterol level, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol level, serum creatinine level, urea nitrogen level, and glycated hemoglobin level of the two groups were compared, univariate correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed to compare the effects of related factors on CA242 level.
