老年人超敏C-反应蛋白和颈动脉斑块与冠脉病变的相关性(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨超敏C-反应蛋白水平和颈动脉斑块与冠脉病变严重程度的关系。方法:选择因心绞痛行冠状动脉造影的住院患者140例,根据冠脉造影结果分为单支病变组(11例)、双支病变组(18例)、多支病变组(71例)和对照组(40例)。用彩色多普勒超声仪测量颈总动脉内膜中层厚度(intima-media thickness,IMT)及颈动脉分叉处IMT,记录颈动脉斑块的位置、数量,并测定血清超敏C-反应蛋白水平。结果:与对照组比较,多支病变组颈总动脉IMT、分叉处IMT和斑块积分明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与对照组及单支病变组比较,多支病变组颈总动脉IMT增厚比例明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超敏C-反应蛋白浓度在单支病变组、双支病变组、多支病变组,其浓度依次增高(P<0.01)。结论:超敏C-反应蛋白水平和颈动脉粥样斑块与冠脉病变严重程度关系密切,有助于临床上预测老年冠心病患者冠脉病变的严重程度。

    Relationship between plasma high-sensitivity C reactive protein level, carotid artery atherosclerosis and coronary artery lesion in old-aged patients

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the relationship of high-sensitivity C reactive protein, carotid artery atherosclerosis and coronary artery lesion. Methods: Coronary angiography were performed in 140 patients with angina pectoris. According to the results of coronary angiography, all patients were divided into 4 groups, one-vessel lesion group (n=11), two-vessel lesion group (n=18), multi-vessel lesion group (n=71) and control group (n=40). The intima-media thickness (IMT) of carotid artery and the degree of carotid atherosclerosis were detected by color Doppler. The location and number of plaques in carotid artery were recorded. The plasma high-sensitivity C reactive protein level was tested. Results: Compared with control group, in multi-vessel lesion group, IMT of common carotid artery, IMT and plaque score at bifurcation were significantly increased (P<0.01). The percentage of increased carotid artery IMT was higher in multi-vessel lesion group than that in one-vessel lesion group and control group (P<0.05). The hs-CRP level of multi-vessel lesion was higher than that of double-vessel lesion′s and hs-CRP level of double-vessel lesion′s was higher than that of single-vessel lesion′s (P<0 ......
