[摘要] 探讨“心肝同治”的理论内涵及在心律失常辨证论治中的应用，认为心律失常虽病位在心，但与肝密切相关，因此，肝的疏泄正常与否直接影响着心系疾患的发生。在治疗上，强调心与肝同治，不单治心，更应注重肝脏的条达，肝之疏泄正常，气机舒利，气血得以平和，心气调畅，心血充足，则心之功能正常，心律失常随之而解。本文通过“心肝同治”之浅析，为临床辨证及治疗心律失常提供更为丰富的理论依据，有利于提高诊疗水平，拓展临床辨证论治思路。

    [Abstract] The authors discuss the the experience of the "Simultaneous Treatment in Heart and Liver" in the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia. In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, based on the relationship of heart and liver, angina pectoris can be better controlled when treating both heart and liver. In treatment, we should not only emphasiz heart, but pay attention to liver, liver freely distributing, it can make the heart function normal. This aim of the article is through the "Simultaneous Treatment in Heart and Liver", we can offer more rich theoretical basis to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment. ......
