[摘要] 肢体缺血动物模型是进行缺血损伤机制、血管新生等研究的基础，成功制作一种效果确切、重复性强的肢体缺血模型是保证实验研究能够顺利进行的关键。本文对近年来暂时和永久缺血两大类肢体缺血动物模型的适用情况、制作方法及评价指标作一简要综述，以期对今后缺血动物模型的相关实验研究提供一定的线索。

    [Abstract] Limb ischemia animal model is the foundation for mechanisms study on ischemia injury as well as angiogenesis. Establishing an effective and reproducible animal model is particularly important for the study.
